RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for items purchased at their original price from www.nossara.com and require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any discounted items, including any promotional discounts or sale items.

Any returns must be received at our facilities within 10 days of the original delivery date. All returns require previous authorization from our support team. To request a return, please send us an email at support@nossara.com.

Item(s) must be returned in original, unused, and unwashed condition and include original packaging.

We recommend sending any returns using a traceable & signature release service as Nossara is not responsible for any lost packages delivered without a signature or the cost of return shipping.

Nossara requires the return of any items intended for exchange, before the replacement items are dispatched. Any variation in product price or additional shipping fees incurred due to change of mind must be paid in full before the exchange is completed and shipped.

Refunds will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) only, once your return has been received and processed. Refunds are issued against the original payment method only, excluding any shipping costs associated with the original order.

Depending on your payment method, refunds can take up to 3 business days to be processed, before appearing in your account.

Nossara reserves the right to reject any returns that have not obtained previous authorization from our support team, are returned in used, damaged, or otherwise unoriginal condition, or returned outside of our policy period. These items will be donated on behalf, or may be sent back to a nominated address at an additional cost.
