    If you experienced our towels in Mexico or Costa Rica, please contact Laguna Cyprien for our Mexico retailer, and Katé Linens for our Costa Rica retailer.

  • All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse.

  • All of our towels are made from 100% long staple, pima cotton.

  • Please contact support@nossara.com as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order. Dependent on whether your order has been dispatched, we are happy to modify or cancel any orders that have yet to be processed.

    Please note that our customer care team is available M-F, 9AM-5PM (CST).
