Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States (excluding territories) and Canada. For shipments to Canada, please review our Taxes and Duties page. For enquiries about other destinations, contact support@nossara.com.
How should I wash my Nossara towels?
Wash before first use. Machine wash cold with similar colours and other towels, using a mild liquid detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. Tumble dry on low heat for softness. The waffle weave will deepen and shrink slightly after washing and drying.
What's the composition of Nossara towels?
All of our towels are made from 100% long staple, pima cotton.
Where are Nossara towels produced?
All of our towels are made in Japan. For more information on what makes the country of origin so special, please refer to our About section.
Does Nossara offer refunds or returns?

Where will my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact support@nossara.com as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order. Dependent on whether your order has been dispatched, we are happy to modify or cancel any orders that have yet to be processed. Please note that our customer care team is available M-F, 9AM-5PM (CST).
How long does processing and shipping take?
